📸 Photography Competition Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to students/participants who have completed registration and paid the Rs. 300 fee.
2. Original Work
All photos must be captured by the participant.
AI-generated, copied, stock, or downloaded images are not allowed.
3. File Format & Size
Allowed formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG
Maximum size: 10 MB per image
Minimum resolution: 1080 × 1080 pixels
4. Submission Limit
Each participant may submit up to 3 photographs.
5. Editing Guidelines
Basic enhancements allowed: color correction, brightness/contrast, cropping.
Not allowed: AI manipulation, adding/removing objects, digital composites.
6. Watermarks
No watermarks, signatures, app names (like Canva, PicsArt), or borders allowed.
7. Theme & Content
Photos must match the theme (if theme-based competition).
No offensive, violent, hateful, political, or inappropriate content.
8. File Naming
Use the format:
Name_Category_Title.jpg
Example: AliAsad_Nature_Sunrise.jpg
9. Fee Proof
Upload the Rs. 300 fee voucher with your submission.
10. Rights & Usage
Organizers may use winning photos for promotion with credit to the participant.
🎬 Videography Competition Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to all registered participants with a valid Rs. 300 fee voucher.
2. Original Work
Video must be shot and edited by the participant.
No copyright material or AI-generated scenes allowed.
3. File Format & Size
Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, AVI
Max size: 200 MB
Minimum resolution: 1080p (Full HD)
4. Duration
Video length must be 30 seconds to 3 minutes unless stated otherwise.
5. Editing
Editing is allowed, but:
No watermarks from apps (CapCut, Filmora, etc.)
No copyrighted music unless you have permission
No templates with branding/logos
6. Audio Quality
Audio must be clear and appropriate.
No offensive or inappropriate language.
7. Theme & Content Guidelines
Content must match the competition theme.
No violent, political, hateful, or inappropriate visuals.
8. Submission Limit
Each participant may submit 1 video.
9. File Naming
Format:
Name_Category_Title.mp4
Example: AliAsad_Travel_StreetLife.mp4
10. Rights & Usage
Organizers may use winning videos for promotional purposes with credit.
